Welcome! I’m Olivia Kolenda, and I’m thrilled to be a part of Paton Real Estate. My journey has been shaped by my passion for helping others and my diverse background. Growing up, I spent many years competitively riding horses, which instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and perseverance.

I graduated from Sweet Briar College in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. My academic path led me to work in a pharmacy, then a pharmaceutical lab as a scientist, where I honed my analytical skills and attention to detail—traits that I believe are essential in navigating the complexities of the real estate market.

I’ve always been driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. Helping clients find their dream home is not just a job for me; it’s a personal mission. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant decisions people make, and I am dedicated to guiding my clients through every step of the process with empathy and expertise.
